Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Tops Maxim's Hot 100

Megan who? Maxim isn't mourning the loss of Fox in the "Transformers" franchise. The lad mag has named franchise newbie Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as the hottest hottie in 2011, placing her at #1 on the Maxim Hot 100 list.
"Rosie is a true transformer — a Victoria's Secret stunner who is about to go supernova when she takes over for Megan Fox in the 'Transformers' franchise — her talent is as undeniable as her beauty, which is pretty jaw-droppingly undeniable," Maxim editor in chief Joe Levy said in a statement about bestowing the honor on the British model and actress.
The top 10 is rounded out by Olivia Munn (#2), Katy Perry (#3) (last year's #1), Cameron Diaz (#4), Mila Kunis (#5), Bar Refaeli (#6), Anne Hathaway (#7), Natalie Portman (#8), "How I Met Your Mother" star Cobie Smulders (#9) and Jennifer Lawrence (#10).
"It's a great title to have for a year, and you can have some fun with it, I think," Huntington-Whiteley said. She appears in the issue wearing a leather jacket, no top and little booty shorts.
The June issue of the magazine drops on May 10, and a bevy of other babes also made the cut. "Jersey Shore" star JWoww lands at #78, Nicki Minaj places at #75, Kim Kardashian places at #35, Britney Spears is #25, Taylor Swift finds herself at #20 and Scarlett Johansson is at #14. Fox, who was #5 last year, placed at #17.
Fans will finally get to see Huntington-Whiteley in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" when the film opens on July 1.
"I've seen the last two movies, so I kind of knew what I was getting into, but obviously not at all as well," Whiteley said of being a bit overwhelmed by the big movie experience when MTV News spoke to her earlier this spring. "It was a crazy opportunity that was handed to me, and I spent seven months making the movie with a great cast and a great director, and it's been a roller coaster of a lifetime for sure. I'm still on it, I don't know if I'm going to get off anytime soon."
